Temprano EVOO – Early Harvest Picual is produced in Jaén, Spain from Picual olives harvested in late October while still green. Cold-extracted within hours, it delivers a vibrant, structured and complex profile with outstanding stability.
This early harvest oil is naturally rich in polyphenols (>500 mg/kg) and contains phenolic compounds such as oleocanthal, characteristic of this variety. Its composition, including a high percentage of monounsaturated fats, contributes to its stability and performance.
