Tierra Callada is a family-owned company born from generations of olive growers in Jaén, southern Spain. We produce estate-grown, early-harvest extra virgin olive oils from our own groves and from trusted small producers who share our values of sustainability, quality, and traceability.
For over a decade, we have operated from Brooklyn as a bridge between Spain and the U.S. market, importing directly and guaranteeing authenticity. As active members of the North American Olive Oil Association (NAOOA) and participants in its Extra Virgin Alliance, we proudly uphold the highest standards of quality.
